Concrete contractor
in Toronto.
On tight city lots and behind heritage homes, we work clean and precise: laneway-suite foundations, resurfaced porches, and stamped driveways that suit older streetscapes.
Regalia Concrete works across the old city and its neighbourhoods, from Leslieville and the Beaches to Roncesvalles, High Park and the Danforth. These are tight lots with narrow drives, mature trees and century homes, so careful access, root protection and matching the scale of older streetscapes matter as much as the pour itself.
We handle laneway-suite footings, resurfaced front porches, city walkways and stamped or exposed-aggregate driveways sized for downtown frontages. Every job sits on an excavated, compacted base with saw-cut joints and drainage planned to send water to the street, never toward an old basement.

Building in Toronto.
Permits & approvals
Building permits run through the City of Toronto (Toronto Building). Front-yard parking pads are tightly regulated and often need Committee of Adjustment approval. We check what your address needs before we start.
Lots & homes
Narrow frontages, century semis and detached homes with mature trees. We plan staging, access and tree protection before the first cut.
Drainage & grading
Lot grading has to keep water off your neighbours and away from older foundations. We slope every slab to the street or a proper drain.
Common work
Laneway-suite foundations, porch rebuilds, front walks and driveway replacements that suit heritage streetscapes.

Answers, unpoured.
A like-for-like replacement usually does not, but widening a drive, adding a front-yard parking pad, or changing grade and drainage can. We check Toronto Building rules for your address and handle any approvals as part of the job.
Yes. Most of our Toronto jobs are on narrow frontages with limited access. We stage materials carefully, protect trees and neighbouring property, and keep the site clean from first pour to final seal.
